About The Workshops
Foundation Workshops contain what I consider to be the essential skills on which all other workshops will build. These workshops are level-specific, exploring multiple concepts and skills related to Emotion, Thought, and Action.
Focus Workshops are highly structured explorations of a specific concept (assertiveness, for example) explained level by level with corresponding skills and strategies.
“Free Play” Workshops are (apologetically) not free in terms of cost, but rather in terms of structure, centered on the goal of deeper self-exploration and discovery. These workshops contain broader theoretical discussions and abstract, intuitive exercises related to expanding one’s sense of self and personal possibilities.


All workshops sold by Kunimatsu Courses are structured in a “Live Lecture” format pre-recorded over Zoom. Depending on the type of work you are interested in, there are three different categories to choose from:
