A unique component of my work as a developmental psychologist involves an extensive history-taking process when I begin work with a new client. In this “Free Play” workshop, I adapt my clinical work into a series of journal prompts and other suggested reflection exercises for the purpose of more deeply understanding the relationships and experiences that have made you into the person you are today.
