"Free Play" Workshops
In psychology, the term “Free Play” refers to periods of time where children are allowed to interact with their environment in an unstructured, exploratory way. These workshops are designed to serve a similar function.
The goal of Free Play workshops is the exploration, expansion, and enjoyment of the self and one’s sense of personal possibility. These workshops offer broader theoretical discussions, points for detailed self-reflection or redefinition, and an open invitation to “play in the space” of your own subjective experiences.
